The Shoreman Solution provides EMDR therapy, NLP, clinical hypnosis, mindset coaching, and an online video membership programme. Our services are designed for general personal development and wellbeing support.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from our services or programmes.
Online Series Membership
Subscription
The Online Series is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – you’ll retain access until then.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not typically offered once you have accessed the membership area. If you have concerns, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that appear to be shared.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Online Series – including videos, text, graphics, and branding – is owned by The Shoreman Solution. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Share, download, or redistribute membership content
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access areas of the site you’re not authorised to use
Confidentiality
For one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions, confidentiality is maintained in accordance with professional standards. Exceptions may apply where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Shoreman Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
